Felizberto Afonso better known as “Feliz”—believes that travel is about more than visiting beautiful places. It’s about creating meaningful human connections.
Originally from Mozambique and now proudly based in Cape Town, Feliz has spent more than a decade introducing visitors from around the world to South Africa’s breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and vibrant cultures.
His passion extends far beyond tourism. As a former professional football player, actor, puppeteer, athlete, martial artist, storyteller, and lifelong learner, he brings energy, authenticity, and enthusiasm into every experience he shares.
One of Feliz’s greatest strengths is communication. Speaking English, Portuguese, Spanish, Zulu, Xhosa, Shangaana, Bitonga, and a little German, he connects naturally with guests from diverse backgrounds, making every traveller feel comfortable and welcome.
As a father, entrepreneur, and passionate guide, his mission is simple—to help people experience South Africa with joy, curiosity, and genuine hospitality.
